General Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms

• Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale or exchange. This includes but is not limited to: events beyond the platform operator's control; government actions; natural disasters; riots; strikes; bad weather (regardless of severity).
• Invalid if the ticket has been altered, damaged, or tampered with.
• Valid for visits during normal operating hours of the attraction, but not valid during Special Events determined by the operator.
• Attraction operating hours may change at any time without prior notice.
• Entry tickets to attractions do not apply for re-entry unless otherwise specified by the attraction operator.
• Please always prioritize your safety and your belongings. We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of tourism facilities, whether due to our negligence or that of others.
• Attraction areas are under security surveillance.
• For the safety of all visitors and staff, the attraction operator reserves the right to perform baggage checks.
• Visitors who do not comply with the established regulations may be subject to sanctions in the form of entry prohibition or expulsion from the tourism area.

Please note that Jember Tourism E-Ticketing may collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the purposes listed below and in the Personal Data Protection Statement (see the Personal Data Protection page):

1. To process ticket bookings, payments, and related services.
2. For identity verification of visitors at tourism destinations.
3. For platform security purposes and fraud prevention.
4. To send information regarding schedule changes, policies, or new services.
5. For analytical purposes and service quality improvement.
6. To fulfill applicable legal obligations and regulations.

Restrictions

• Food and drinks from outside the tourism area are not permitted to be brought in, unless otherwise specified by the destination manager.
• Visitors must wear polite and appropriate clothing while in the tourism area.
• It is forbidden to bring dangerous equipment, sharp weapons, or prohibited substances into the tourism area.
• Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. Motorized vehicles or wheeled equipment are not permitted in pedestrian areas.
• For the safety of children, ensure they are always under the supervision of parents/guardians.
• Photography, video recording, and commercial activities in the tourism area require permission from the destination manager.
• Forbidden to film or photograph the tourism area for commercial promotional purposes without written permission from the manager.

E-Ticket Terms

• Electronic tickets are valid for one-time use on the specified date.
• Ticket prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Visitors must keep the electronic ticket and show it during verification at the entrance.
• For electronic tickets that are damaged, faded, or cannot be read by the system, visitors can contact customer service for assistance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Ticket cancellation can be made a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days before the visit date.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
• An administration fee of 15% of the ticket price will be charged for each refund process.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the visit date are not eligible for a refund.
• The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule visits due to security reasons, weather, or force majeure conditions, with options for a full refund or rescheduling.

Platform Usage Terms

• Users must be at least 17 years old or accompanied by a legal parent/guardian to perform transactions.
• Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and booking.
• The operator reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts indicated to be performing fraudulent activities, platform misuse, or violations of terms and conditions.
• Prohibited from using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or manipulate the platform.
