3.1 Platform Identity

3.2 Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

This platform operates under the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will be resolved based on:

• Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection
• Law No. 11 of 2008 jo. No. 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE)
• Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection
• Government regulations and relevant regulations concerning tourism and electronic transactions.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute between the user and the platform manager, the parties agree to resolve it through deliberation for consensus first. If no agreement is reached, the settlement is carried out through legal channels at the **Jember District Court** in accordance with applicable provisions.

3.4 Limitation of Liability

• The platform acts as an intermediary between users and tourism destination managers. Responsibility for conditions and safety in the tourism area lies with the respective destination managers.
• The platform is not responsible for losses arising from third-party payment system interruptions, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
• The platform does not guarantee 24/7 service availability without interruption. System maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
• Users use the platform and visit tourism destinations at their own risk and responsibility.

3.5 Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform (including logos, designs, text, images, and software code) is the intellectual property of Maverick Team and/or the relevant partners.
• It is forbidden to copy, distribute, or use platform content without written permission from the manager.

3.6 Third Party Links

The platform may display links to third-party websites (including partner tourism destinations). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.

3.7 Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via registered email or in-app notification at least **7 days** before taking effect. Use of the platform after the effective date of change is considered as agreement to the latest terms.
